Thirty years of sustained growth since our founding
Based on our desire to use the power of IT to support all working people, NEOJAPAN has developed groupware and other ICT tools to support business. Our products, designed with operability that directly reflects customer feedback, have earned the support of more than 5.28 million users. Since our shares were first listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market, we have moved up to the First Section in 2018, and then the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. We have grown continually over the three decades since our founding. We are implementing a wide range of initiatives through the combined efforts of all Company personnel to remain on this growth track over the next 30 years, 50 years, and beyond.

Sales and dividends have continued to grow since our IPO in 2015
Our efforts targeting business growth have achieved steady results. Building on our main product, the desknet’s NEO groupware platform, we have expanded our product line to include the ChatLuck business chat tool and the AppSuite no-code business app development platform. Continual version upgrades on each product have contributed to sustained sales growth by earning a strong reputation for each of our products. In 2019, we made Pro-SPIRE Inc., whose main business is system integration a subsidiary, growing our customer base and lines of business as a result. Furthermore, in 2023 we implemented ChatGPT generative AI integration for desknet’s NEO and ChatLuck, introducing an environment that enables our users to employ generative AI with security and peace of mind. We aim to continue growing sales, profit, and dividends through development of revolutionary products and steady growth in the userbase and business results in the future as well.
Entering global markets for medium- to long-term growth
As one priority measure to realize further growth, we are advancing technological innovation and sales-channel growth both in Japan and globally. In Japan, after opening the Osaka and Nagoya branches in 2017 and May 2019, respectively, we opened the Fukuoka Branch in February 2022. We will continue to grow our sales network with the aim of achieving our aggressive target of 10 million users, so that all office workers can enjoy the benefits of ICT tools. We also are advancing into international markets in light of expectations for shrinking numbers of business users in Japan as the nation’s population shrinks. As part of these efforts, in June 2019 we established a consolidated subsidiary in the United States, to carry out marketing, alliance, and product-development initiatives. Furthermore, to grow sales of our groupware products in East Asian markets, which have high levels of affinity with Japanese business practices, we established consolidated subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines in December 2019, February 2021, and April 2024, respectively. We are confident that our products, reflecting our continuous pursuit of ease of use in line with Japanese business practices, can benefit business users in Southeast Asia as well.
Making business ICT tools a new infrastructure for working people
Since COVID-19, the movement toward remote working using IT tools has accelerated in Japan as in other countries around the world. We believe that expectations are growing for tools to enable this work style. Leveraging our development capabilities as a source for future growth, we will continue to offer our products as essential infrastructure in customers’ businesses by providing business ICT tools to support all working people. Confident that delivering such tools to business users around the world represents the value that society expects from us as well as a roadmap to further growth, NEOJAPAN will continue to take on the challenge of technological innovation.
