Sustainability Policy

Having positioned the Corporate Philosophy and Vision maintained since our founding as fundamental to sustainability management, as a sustainable enterprise we will contribute solutions to various social challenges, such as those described in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through our activities.
In FY2020, NEOJAPAN identified sustainability material issues, and in FY2023 it began new initiatives under a structure centered on the Sustainability Committee. In the future, we will aim to create both social and economic value by striving to build relations of trust with all stakeholders.

Our Goals

Sustainability promotion structure
We have established a Sustainability Committee led by a full-time Director and have built a system for sustainability management. While the Board of Directors makes decisions on and monitors important matters, this committee is in charge of various other matters, including developing practical measures under related strategies, reviewing the results of various activities, and raising internal awareness. Related sections work toward solutions to social challenges through their businesses. In addition, the committee reports regularly (at least twice a year) to the Board of Directors on its activities and works with related sections and Group companies to ensure the permeation of sustainability measures as part of sustainability management efforts that reflect the advice and recommendations from stakeholders, independent agencies, and other parties.
