Rapid progress of desknet’s NEO, our primary product
Since its introduction in 1999, desknet’s NEO has enjoyed continuous growth in its userbase, which reached a cumulative total of 5.28 million users in 2025. NEOJAPAN will continue to grow by expanding this user base in the future as well.

Structure for developing products that earn user support
Since desknet’s NEO’s first release, we have updated it annually to reflect user feedback. While its feature set was initially limited to scheduling and other tasks, through repeated updates it has come to encompass 27 features today. We will continue to listen to users to make sure that it can maintain the high levels of support it has earned.

International market development
desknet’s NEO and our other products have earned strong support in the Japanese market.
To grow their user bases even more, we have begun selling them in international markets. Currently we are building a foothold by opening facilities in ASEAN markets with the aim of making these products a firm favorite around the whole world.

Cross-selling to the desknet’s NEO userbase
We will sell a wide range of software, including the AppSuite no-code business app development platform, to desknet’s NEO’s total of 5.28 million users. Additionally, we will grow sales by continuing to develop new products that win the support of users.

Utilizing advanced technologies
In cooperation with our US subsidiary DELCUI, which serves as an R&D base, we are tackling the challenge of developing revolutionary products using AI and other advanced technologies.
